Deletes the bytes and the record. A link to it in an issue body or a comment on GitHub stops working and says so when opened; nothing on GitHub is edited. A portal’s current logo is refused until the branding no longer names it.

Access. Requires the member role or above (member, admin, owner). Deleting a file a member or a customer put on this workspace’s work is the same kind of act as hiding the comment it was attached to. API-key scope: issues:write.

Billing. Refused with 402 while the workspace’s billing has lapsed. Reads continue and nothing is deleted.
