Re-reads the repository list, then queues a walk of every enabled repository and of the organization’s projects. Repositories already being walked are not queued twice. Work stands down on its own if the GitHub budget falls under 10%, and resumes when it recovers.

Access. Requires the admin role or above (admin, owner). A manual sync spends the workspace’s GitHub request budget. API-key scope: github:write.
