Returns a Stripe Customer Portal URL where the owner can change the plan or interval, update the card, and read every invoice. Cancelling there takes effect at the end of the period, and the workspace lapses then rather than immediately.

Access. Requires the owner. The billing portal shows and can change the card and the invoices, which is the owner’s. API-key scope: workspace:write.
