Revokes every session for this person, including the one making the request. API keys are not sessions and are not affected; revoke those individually.

Access. Requires a signed-in person. No workspace is chosen. Ending every session is the action a person takes when they believe somebody else has one. Readable by every credential, whatever scopes it is narrowed to.
