Posts one message to the stored webhook and records what Slack answered. A refusal is a 200 with delivered: false and Slack’s own reason, not an error: whether the message arrived is the answer being asked for, and a 502 would make the caller guess at it.

no_service means the webhook was revoked in Slack; channel_not_found means the channel was archived. Both are fixed by pasting a new URL.

Access. Requires the admin role or above (admin, owner). A test message posts into the customer’s channel, which is a write to Slack. API-key scope: workspace:write.
