The App’s webhook endpoint. Verifies, records and enqueues, and answers within milliseconds — GitHub requires a 2xx within ten seconds and does not retry on its own.

Access. No Pealboard credential. The request’s own signature is verified by the handler. GitHub holds no Pealboard credential. Every delivery is verified with HMAC-SHA-256 over the raw body against X-Hub-Signature-256 before it is parsed, and recorded against X-GitHub-Delivery so a redelivery cannot be applied twice.
