Removes a member from the workspace. Their API keys stop working with them. The last owner cannot be removed. Issues and comments they wrote in GitHub are untouched: they belong to GitHub, not to Pealboard.

Access. Requires the admin role or above (admin, owner). Removing somebody ends their access to every issue and portal in the workspace. API-key scope: members:write.
