Go to app.pealboard.com/signup.
With an email address
Section titled “With an email address”Fill in Full name, Email and Password, then select Create account.
The password must be at least 12 characters. Pealboard checks the length and nothing else; a passphrase of ordinary words is a good choice.
Pealboard sends a verification email. Follow the link in it before you invite anyone, because an unverified address cannot receive an invitation reply.
With GitHub
Section titled “With GitHub”Select Continue with GitHub. GitHub asks you to authorize the Pealboard app, then returns you to Pealboard with an account already created.
Signing in with GitHub is not the same as connecting a GitHub organization. Signing in identifies you; connecting an organization is step three and is what gives a workspace its issues.
Signing in later
Section titled “Signing in later”At app.pealboard.com you can sign in with your password, with GitHub, or with a link: select Email me a sign-in link and follow the link in the message.
What sign-up does not do
Section titled “What sign-up does not do”Creating an account does not create a workspace and does not connect anything to GitHub. You will be asked to create a workspace next.
