Revoke an API key

The key stops working immediately and stops being listed. A revoked key reads exactly like one that never existed, so nothing here tells a holder whether their key was revoked or was never valid.

Access. Requires the admin role or above (admin, owner). Revoking a credential that acts for the workspace is an administrative act. API-key scope: keys:write.

Billing. This still works when the workspace has lapsed. A leaked credential is contained by revoking it, and an unpaid invoice is no reason to leave one working.
