Adds somebody to the manager’s own company, as a customer. A manager cannot choose another company, cannot make another manager, and cannot see the portal’s other companies at all.

Access. Requires a portal manager. A manager is a customer-side lead: bringing a colleague into their own company is the one administrative act the role carries.

Billing. Refused with 402 while the workspace’s billing has lapsed. Reads continue and nothing is deleted.

Retries. Send Idempotency-Key and a retry with the same key within 24 hours returns the first answer rather than acting twice.
